Here are my ideas:

1) Legalize weed and tax the crap out of it. Cuts the costs of this branch of "The War on Drugs" and earns revenue.
2) Have the US cut back on stupid imports like school books. We could very easily print those here for a lot less money.
3) Give congress members term limits. Seriously.
4) Expand DARPA to more aspects of society and every day life.
5) Get rid of life sentences and execute criminals who would spend their lives in prison.
6) Get rid of the IRS and instead enact a flat tax.

Just a few ideas. iPod please =]
