off topic:

found your podcast on itunes, but oddly enough the video format isn't compatible with the ipod touch :(
Is this something apple needs to look at, or something you can fix?

how do you guys actually pick the winners? I know u say its random, but there still has to be some kind of process. Is it random like lottery balls or random like close your eyes and point to a user name on the screen?

Either way, i hope i win cuz it'll be a while before i can pony up the cash to buy a copy.

Thanks.
"ANT FARM" is a registered trademark and not a generic term"

you have to be kidding, thats about as generic as apple pie.
dont really see the point in this thing using WM5, might as well just get a wm5 smartphone or pda. And unless this thing runs windows its no umpc, just a big ass pda.
That video was awesome!
geez, looks like the ms haters are out in full force. I think those who think this is a bad idea should actually take a look (in person not online) at real carputers that people have installed into there cars before they judge anything. Ive have a pc in my car now for about 4 years an its never ever crashed, not once, running winxp.
I mean come on, most of the jokes above are pretty old and lame and if windows was soooooo unstable why is something like the vast majority of the whole planet still using it? What other OS do you know that supports the range of hardware that windows does and u can actually do real work on.
And anyone who thinks that carputers will be intergrated into the cars engine and fuel electronics is just retarded, what would even be the point of that. Car manufactures aren't that dumb.

head over to mp3car.com and do some research, and maybe you'll leave with a new hobby.
pretty damn sweet, but as with every other flying toy the main thing that keeps me from ever buying any of them is the bat life is just extremely way too low. 15min, come on. As soon as i can get at least 1 full hour of play with any of these flying toys, thats when ill buy one.
also, if your hellbent on not using Frontpage, you can create your site in whatever package you like, then simply copy and paste the code into FP
you dont have to use the WYSIWYG online editor. Ive been using this for months (no charges) and built the site in MS Frontpage. You cant edit it in dreamweaver or anything else like that, but for free domain name, hosting and no ads, what else do you want.
geez, its funny how people justify stealing by calling it everything else in the book, except what it really is. Stealing.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
