I am yet to be either a father or a husband, but know that I desire to be both in the way that Kim was. He gave everything for his family. I am torn up to hear this news, but know I respect no man more than the man who does anything required of him for the chance of assuring his family what they need most: hope, life, and love.

My deepest prayers are with the family.

Finally, some Windows based notebooks are finally starting to get as desirable as my Apple Powerbook G4. It's not like they should have a hard time putting nice hardware design out, but i've been startled to find that very few laptops really make me say anything but "...another butt ugly one?!"

"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
