If you remember correctly, one of the spoilers for the last episode specifically mentioned somebody will lose a limb. My guess is that, T-Bag will handcuff someone to something, and Michael will use the knife he threatened the pope with to but their hand or arm off. I'm sure John didn't want T-Bag going anyway, so he'll no doubt either kill T-Bag or find a way to leave him behind.
A few unanswered questions as well. What exactly did that Mexican guy write on the piece of paper he handed to Michael, as seen in 1x16 Brother's Keeper. Also, who's grave was Michael digging up, which was also seen in Brother's Keeper, right after the Mexican guy handed Michael the paper? It could possibly be Terrence Stedman, but if he did find any evidence, it would be inadmissible.
Next week is an episode I will certainly be looking forward to!
