Governments start illegal wars which kill thousands of civilians, the same Gov that taxes them to poverty and imposes burdens on its people, and yet somehow these unseemly political parties keep getting voted back into office by these very same people.
Sure, Gov's do provide some benefit and support at times, but they can also be corrupt, and the point is that the public is quick to forget such things.
