You mean Ultraportables (ie. around 12 inches of screen real estate and a real processor, not just a "I need to check my email" Atom)?
Agreed. Just looks like a case from Mini-box.com and the Intel Atom 330 board. Total came to under $300 for me after 2GB of RAM and a 320GB Seagate G-force sensor 2.5" drive.

BOOOOOOOO THIS COMPANY
Worst. Company. Ever.

Once my contract is up in January I will be done with them and I will never look back. Every month there are "errors" and every month I have to call them and wait 30 minutes to an hour for them to fix it. Terrible customer service. Bad cell service.

Some would say ThinkPad build quality is better than Acer's...

... For the time being that is (Please Lenovo, don't make the T400e. Please! I would pay to not buy that laptop. Chicklet keys do not belong on a ThinkPad)
typing from an Acer, hey?
Good marketing and name-dropping (recall: "like an ipod on wheels")

Product quality remains in question.
Actually, I would too... but I'm sure this is a heavily modified XP. I'd rather skip WinMo7 altogether.

Disclosure: I have an android phone and I like it - but I wouldn't mind using a Windows 7 phone for compatibility

Hey 911? I need an ambulance! I've been in an accident! I'm at 100 street and *BSOD*
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
