Nov 7th 2007 3:24PM It wouldn't amaze you that much if you understood anything about monopoly law. You can't have a monopoly if you only have a tiny share of the market. Microsoft+zune+playsforsure isn't a monopoly by any stretch of the imagination. Apple+iTunes very well might be.
