Hopefully someone comes out with a program that lets the iPhone have the functionality that Nike+ Kits have...
Did everyone forget to say Thank-You to Christina? I don't want to sound like a nag, but she has done a fair bit of work for this post!

Thanks Christina!
@ 7on

Yeah, I remember being shot down by an Apple rep when OSX first came out... I asked "why is the app using 100% of the processor and so much memory" his reply was... "why not?"

Why have CPU and RAM sitting dormant when you can be using it to make an App run faster? - Unless its a laptop and your trying to save power... but I think OSX (and other OS's) take that into account...
I'm with you Eurodude!

This sure looks like a replacement back for a current iPhone... It may look a little thinner, but I can't really tell due to the angle!

Would Apple really use EXACTLY the same front plate for their new iPhones? Maybe / Maybe Not... But I am guessing probably not...
Sorry Dave, I really don't think this should be Mac 101... Mac 101 should be holding the F12 key down (which people have mentioned) which is the 'easier' way of doing things... unless you have multiple drives, in which case the icon shows up in your menu bar automagically!
I run 4 monitors (dual 24 and dual 17) and find it works EXTREMELY well. 1 x 17" runs mail, 1 x 17" has Adium and iTunes, 1 x 24 usually runs a browser and the last 24" runs whatever work I am doing at the time...

For what I do, the setup works perfectly, I have thought about going to a single 30", but being able to view all the apps I need to at once is priceless and I don't think the 30" could allow for this!
I think you'll find Mat was referring to the other way around, in that, machines that you are trying to WAKE need to be on Ethernet...
I agree!

I wasted SOOOOO many hours on Escape Velocity (and Nova) It would have been an even better game if it had online support!

I was kinda hoping that EVE would fill the EV spot, but it just didn't :-(
I'm with you!

Apple didn't force anyone to buy an iPhone (did they?) I think if they give 2 weeks refund time that should be sufficient!
And 1 more thing... My O2 mini, THAT used to get CRAZY sweaty when talking on it... The iPhone (with it's ear sensor thing) is actually pretty good! Anyone here used a full touch screen phone before? That makes sweat!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
