we live in western NY. I was recently told that our school district has deleted hand writing from it's curriculum. They apparently teach to many other subjects and have no time for handwriting. I was shocked to find out they expect parents to teach this to their children. I have seen working mom's, they are exhausted after work. This says something for Catholic schools I am glad we sent our kids to catholic schools.Perhaps more will do so.

I have thought long and hard, weighed the pro's and con's, and had my spouse threaten to leave (until I reminded him who got his last vote).I decided that between the economy and the middle east mess we need a seasoned official in office. That my friends is HC.

Years ago I worked at a hospital, in a city with many chemical plants. I noticed many patients from a certain area (ie streets) coming in for lab work. This area was later known as Love Canal. I was very young at the time however even I saw a correlation. All anyone has to do is research addresses in the hospital or clinic labs.
