Um. I don't know when you last picked up a VAIO, but I'm on an AR series notebook right now and there's no cheap plastic junk or anything. In fact, it's designed quite nicely. Maybe your comment was just in reference to desktops?
Sorry, Dell, but http://www.colorwarepc.com/ does a better job of painting YOUR laptops than you do. Or they used to, I haven't checked their site in a while.
Yeah, I know, I'll probably get low ranked for that, but think of the possibilities: all the features of the Wii and the 360 in one! Great games from both consoles, great graphics, awesome controlling, built in wifi, Xbox Live!
personally, i would make it a hybrid of the 360 and Wii. Basically, an XBOXWii60, that was a 360 with its controller split down the middle, both halves motion sensing.
Ewwww... Mini PCs are only good for media centers, especially for a living room PC. And this has integrated graphics and no bluetooth? I'll stick with a mac mini.
Hahahaha... From a company named Creative... This thing still is trumped by the 2G Shuffle. People may hate them, but it's looking like Apple is taking over the digital music world. Maybe they encode some subliminal encoded message into iTMS-purchased music?
Interlaced is better for faster paced action movies and fast games. It just seems to run more smoothly. In my opinion. Maybe I'm not paying too much attention to quality when concentrating on a fast paced piece of media. But, in retrospect, when was progressive ever noticeably better than interlaced? Hmmm?
Wow. do you even know that p stands for progressive, as in the scanning? The difference between 1080p and 1080i is virtually undetectable, unless you are watching something very fast paced, in which case interlaced is better. Learn what you're talking about BEFORE someone lectures you.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
