I'm danish, and I would buy one, if I didn't already have an N95. Besides I think germans would go for it too. My impression is that they love hyped tech gear.
This device is a computer, and you pay for downloads. I don't see any problems. This kind of service is already available from mobile service providers in Denmark. Nothing has happened yet.
