Just bought it today. I haven't had a chance to play it yet.
Looks freakin awesome!
I can't seem to find any of the Resistance free stuff (and I have both R:FOM and R2). Where do I find 'em?

Really wish they would have based it on the Comic rather than the movie, but I liked the movie a lot, too. We'll have to see how well it turns out.
I walked into a local GameStop on 11/20 to pick up a game (not sure if it was used/new or what, but they were the only game store out of the four in town that had it in stock).

They told me that they had gotten a few more DS units in than pre-orders (probably three or four max) and asked me if I wanted to pre-order one of the extras. Though I hadn't planned on getting a DS at launch, I couldn't pass it up.

Placed the pre-order on 11/20, picked up the system and Super Mario 64 on 11/21 shortly after the store opened (wasn't standing in line outside the store before it opened through).
Final Fantasy IV DS. I never imagined they'd jack the difficulty level up *that* high.
I have to admit that I agree with him. Since the introduction of Guitar Hero/Rock Band, I've thought the very same thing. Even going back to Frequency and Amplitude, I still have to agree.

Learn to play a real guitar. Learn to play real drums. Learn to play a real bass. And, if you can truly sing, then you're probably already wanted by a ton of bands out there that are looking for a good lead singer.

And not to just leave out frequency and amplitude, learn how to make electronic dance music.

To all those decent to accomplished guitar/drum/bass players out there and to those decent to accomplished electronic dance music producers that just enjoy playing the games, more power to ya! To all those that just play the games, try out the real thing. Contrary to the South Park episode, I think you'll find that the real thing is actually *more* fun and more satisfying than any game.
I'll be gettin my hands on that one on launch day.
Picked mine up on Sunday
Sleep almost all the time.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
