This thing is just begging for a QWERTY keyboard slider.
I am looking most forward to using the iPhone to literally pinch people's heads on pictures.... but then they would just shrink :(
"can anyone say SLVR and RAZR. The imitations are getting old."

Please give it a rest. There are two popular types of phones, flip and candybar. Just because a company makes them thin does not mean they are copying them. Do you expect them to just start releasing fatter phones? Oh but then you would accuse them of copying older, thicker motoroloa phones. The flip phone looks nothing like the RAZR.
So wait, of all these new phones, which will be available in the US by the end of this year?

Also, whenever I say 'Moto LAZR' am I supposed to do the finger quote sign like Austin Powers?
The Mactopus!!!!
Also, you can call Apple directly and mention the deals at Amazon and the will work with you. I got them to knock 100 bucks off the top of a brand new MacBook and the option for 30% all peripehrals and 15% off all upgrades.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
