FWIW, I've had edge connection problem ever since 2.0. Suddenly, web pages would time out. E-mail couldn't be delivered. Apps that use web data couldn't connect. I figured it was because of all of the new 3G customers, and that it would pass eventually as AT&T caught up with demand.
Not so, and this latest outage is egregious. If I were using this for corporate email, or if I were self-employed and data was a critical service, I'd have a fit. I agree with Pissed Off Customer - I believe that this country is overly litigious, but I smell a class action suit coming on this one, especially if their estimates of of a 9 P.M. resolution are accurate. It's been down since I left my house at 5 A.M. this morning.
The best thing AT&T can do right now is give an automatic credit to each of their data customers.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
