It seems to me like the cables are going to keep falling off all the time just by their own weight. They should have had some sort of locking or screwing mechanism.

And if it was dieing at all, Chrome OS will bring a new life to it.
The bigger size means if it explodes it will probably kill you. Also being a third party accessory raises the possibility of failure. FUD is fun!
