Both St. Louis locations are out of the Black iPhone models. West County had 6 white remaining; Galleria had enough for a 30 minute line.
Name one time in recent history that Ford has actually listened to people who want what the european folks have.

That's right, the year would be 1999.. when they brought over the Mk1 Focus. They even eventually brought over the four door hatch and a reasonably hot hatch version. The Focus was even on the top 10 cars list for three years in a row, a feat that has only been duplicated by BMW and a select few others.

Then the Firestone fiasco made every-little-issue a big deal for Ford. 'Ford has recalled 52 vehicles due to issue X', 'Twenty Focus vehicles were recalled due to a short in the electrical system', 'Anyone can flip an Explorer, just watch me [reporter proceeds to flip one on broadcast TV]'... It was suddenly not a good idea to buy a Ford, even though almost all of the engineering was in Europe for the Focus.

I'm just so tired of waiting for Ford to live up to the perceived promises of having the Euro products again. The hope and my respect for the Ford brand is dwindling. Ford 'Bold Moves' have turned into Ford Bland Moves. The engine bays are chaotic rats nests of wires and tin foil covers, interior plastics make children wince when they touch them, and Sibyl herself as the color coordinator. You might as well drop the car and its occupants in a vat of embalming fluids.. anyone who bought one is obviously dead by now; There is no emotion or feeling left in any of the vehicles. Yeah, they'll get you from A->B, but where did the soul and feeling go Ford NA? Up in flames, just like my Focus (which was one of the ones recalled for the fire issue mentioned above).

Sing with me.. (to the tune of Pop Goes the Weasel)

X equals negative B
plus or minus square root
B squared minus four A C
all over two A
Guys, don't you realize that this 'Wii Play' IS Wii Sports?

C'mon, it's freakin obvious! People in the US find the name more appealing, so Nintendo packaged it differently. Next think you know, Joystiq will say 'Wii Sports isn't bundled with the Wii', when the box they are looking at says, "Includes Wii Sports!".
You know, on the surface, this seems like the most feasible system to date. You get to track your vote, it's digital, it's analog.

However, who is going to secure the website? How is one centralized system going to track your vote for you? How easy is it to get who voted for who data, so that 'bad things' can happen to those who 'voted badly'.

I don't normally have a doom-gloom syndrome, but the future scares the shit outta me.
I have a SLVR, and it sucks ass. I am on my 3RD SLVR, with the second one ARRIVING DEAD!

Here are the reasons I dislike my SLVR and will most likely NEVER buy a Motorola phone again (copied verbatum from what I sent Cingular):

* Unpredictable power cycles
Can last over 4 days off one charge then one charge cycle lasts less than 12hrs

*Intermittent non-recognition of music on the phone
Sometimes the music will not even appear in the menus.
Sometimes the music appears, but once the song loads nothing will play.

To fix this, I have to shut off the phone and remove the battery and it still doesn't always work.

* Slow boot up
Can take upwards of 5-8 minutes to be 'usable', still sluggish at times

*Menu speed has slown down significantly
When I first got it, I could open the menu and select the camera and be usable within 2 seconds, now it takes over 5 seconds

*Does not maintain my user mode
When finished charging, it doesn't always restore my 'Ring and Vibe' functionality; intermittent

*Loud setting is not loud enough

I hope this new SLVR is better, for Motorola's sake.
It's a public school. You give up a lot of rights as a student once you step on to school property. I seem to remember that the school has the ability to act as a guardian in the absence of your legal guardian.

In a nut shell this is perfectly legal. From what I've heard about high school since I graduated, teachers needs to get their reeds, paddles, belts and other instruments of punishment back.

Sorry guys, but this seems perfectly fine. Just be happy they sent the parents a notice after.
My Acer is doing fine..
I don't know about you guys but with rent, car insurance, car loan, health insurance and utilities, I don't have much disposable income.

That said, I have a Nintendo DS because games cost $20-40 new. Even at that price point I can only afford a game every other month (not touching my retirement savings $$$).

With that said, I don't and won't have enough to purchase a $500-600 game console AND $60 games. It's just insane for Sony to think this way.

Then again, I still keep my Dreamcast in pristine condition as my Crazy Taxi box. Call me living in the past if you want.

"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
