Motorola is actually very good a designing things. Their phones are almost always well engineered and well built. Btw, Motorola sells a huge number of phones worldwide, albeit many of them at a very low cost. So the above comment of "9" is completely idiotic.
@ Hexxeh
I have used several different types of phones including a Blackberry, Dash (with WM5 and WM6), and a SKII. Dangers OS is by far the best and most stable of those I have used. It never froze or slowed down in the slightest, in never had a "memory leak," it never caused you to click 15 times through menus that were not necessary. I know the UI isn't that pretty, and it looks toyish, but if anything its the best part of the device, because everything is well set-up, fast, and its filled with great shortcuts. For me, both WM5 and WM6 didn't compare. They would slowly leak memory, and the alarm kept going off at random intervals. The menu also seemed poorly set-set up and the phone would slow horribly with the WiFi on. The Blackberry was just inefficient and slow.
Teehee, in Canada we've already got full out video calling.
Actually no, it means that when you call one of your numbers (which can be anywhere in Canada) you have to pay long distance on your calls if they are outside your local calling area.
Wow, that puts the nano/Zen V/Sansa E Series to shame in terms of looks, nicely done Samsung.
The Treo's camera is most definitely not the "best camera ever put on a phone in history" its actually not a very good cam, especially when you compare it to the 3.2mp auto focus, flash sporting camera phones out there, its a basic cam at best.

I do however disagree with these reviews. I just don't understand how this is a smart phone for beginners. It does almost everything a BB Pearl does, in some cases better.
Where is the replacement for the X5 Cowon!?!
Deff GSM, SIM slot is obvious, I'm suprise engadget missed that.
WEll in the Capri case its only 3mm thicker then the RAZR. And sliders are generally thicker because the have to include the sliding mechanism, instead of just the hinge that flips have.
Ya, there is no way the Verizons exclusivity woulld reach Canada too, Telus will get it very soon.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
