I would buy this. Not THIS cheapass knockoff, specifically, but a hybrid iPhone/N97, oh hell yes, absolutely, totally, in a red hot second.

Wow, I didn't even know that Suz existed. I like 250s, they're nimble and they get awesome gas mileage, and you can always trade up if you find that it's too slow. That one has good styling. Should be a terrific first bike.
I want one badly but I cannot buy it until I find out if Google is going to put Maps on it. I wish Google would say something, anything, even a peep, about its plans for Maemo. ANYTHING PLEASE SAY SOMETHING.
Look at the badge! Its a mid-60's style superhawk badge! YAY! YAY! YAY!
Wow, this is really shocking. That Erik Buell video is just heartbreaking.

I thought the MV purchase was a good idea, it demonstrated that Harley was expanding beyond cruisers for the rich and middle aged, even beyond the sportbikes that Buell was already offering (which were good bikes). But now...this seems like a big step back. This seems like Harley gutting its future, frankly.
Ditto @zamafir asks -- I have a MkV R32 and none of those interior issues. And I put stuff like lumber and bales of hay in it, things it really should not be hauling (yeah I know I need a truck). The interior is plenty durable and it vacuums out just fine. Maybe the rabbit is different?

N900 + $50 unlimited data? Hyperventilating....holding chair...passing out....omg
Concur with everything @digitallysick said -- I also have an unlocked E71 and it is a really great phone. The battery life is tremendous. Camera kind of stinks. The keyboard looks small but it easier to type on than it looks and the predictive text is terrific. It works stunningly well one-handed. The apps are out there but there is no app store so they can be hard to find. Symbian/S60 takes some getting used to, and at this point it is starting to really show its age, but the phone is well built and definitely worth looking into as a blackberry/treo alternative. Its a good phone.

I used nothing but Polar for years and years but the Garmin I got last year blew me away. The hardware is more reliable -- no HRM dropouts at all -- and the software is just way way above and beyond anything Polar is doing. I just can't see ever buying another Polar at this point.
Replying to myself, sorry, LPG is natural gas.

And I'd like to note that the original article makes it more clear that the TFSI, AWD, electric and LPG models are just on the schedule, not necessarily scheduled for the US.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am trying to configure out a really dumbed down and intuitive PC for my grandmother. She recently had a stroke and while she is under my care I would like to repurpose a laptop for her to surf and email her children. Anyone have any experience with what input devices and UI's are really understandable for the over 80 crowd?"
