Jul 25th 2008 4:02AM The thing is, touch isn't necessarily the way to go.
Since the iPhone came out with multi-touch, rival companies are including touch on their devices just for the sake of having it, when it's really just a pressure based touchscreen that doesn't work as well.
You may be better off with a more traditional phone

I've just upgraded the internal HD in my macbook from 80 to 250GB, so now I have the space to keep all my movies on the internal drive. However, they're all .avi files, and I would like to convert them all so that they appear in iTunes. I have an iPhone, and I'd like to be able to have them at a quality that will display on the iPhone but also look good in fullscreen on the mac. I was thinking of using the same quality as iTunes Store downloads as they look good on both. I have a copy of VisualHub if this help with any settings.

Jul 10th 2008 1:20PM Thanks for mentioning that, I just downloaded it. Haven't had a chance to try it out yet as I have no iPod currently (sold iPod Touch to my dad last week in prep for the 3G tomorrow)
I remember trying out this app in simulator a few months back and it was pretty good
