The issue is the connection between the console and the "intercooler" getting loose, cratering sparking. See this post http://forums.xbox.com/7106682/ShowPost.aspx note the date, this is old news.
Wow, over here in New Zealand its standard for most players to come from the Factory multi zone (we are zone 4) even brand name players. If there are not all ready multi zone they come with a piece of paper with remoter codes for how to do it.
