"I've never heard Sprint officially state that this is an iPhone killer"

Well if you go to Sprint's Instinct site: http://nowisgood.com/
You'll find about five videos comparing the iphone and instinct.

I love my Fujitsu ScanSnap. I could never go back to the the all in one MFC/printer/scanner that I used before.
My land line cost more than that even if I don't make a single call, so it's worth it to me.
I get 5 bars at home, but would love to get rid of my landline, and use this device to get free minutes at home. But, how will I know I'm connect to the device and not to the cell tower.
I'm pretty sure the swivel seats cannot be stowed in the floor. Incorrect info from autoblog:
"The most attractive feature placed between those bumpers has to be the new Swivel 'n Go seating system that allows the two second-row captain's chair to rotate 180-degrees and face the rear bench seat while still maintaining the ability to be stowed below the van's floor."
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
