Why do product designers still insist on making things looks like rejected props from b movies!!
Why has everything got a mirrored or high gloss finish these days it just looks cheap and tacky not to mention the amount of finger prints these things gather. These companies need to get some decent designers and stop using finishes that are more suited to cars.

I'm guessing It must use RAID 1 at 50%. And RAID 5 (or other parity) at >50% (and ask you to add another drive) I don't think you can lose any more than one drive at a time. Network support would make this a must have

"My father-in-law is heading back to school in the spring and wants a laptop for Christmas. The only catch is their budget is around $400 and he does not want a netbook. He's not very "tech savvy" at all and doesn't need a hoss of a machine (not that $400 could get you one). We would like to get it for him as soon as possible and would love some input."
