Umm ... Didn't you just describe the Cell processor?
So this is me loving you, you young rapscallion, you.

All of those capital letters pushed together are abbreviations, not acronyms, save perhaps for MID; but I don't know anyone that pronounces it "mid."

An acronym creates a new word, like SCUBA, or NASA. "ICH" is not a word, unless you want to start saying "ick."

Surely you knew this from your journalistic background, but I'm just saying.
I will most certainly use this device to gloat in front of my friends, and bask in its uberness when no one is looking. This will be occasionally interspersed with browsing sessions, writing, and VNC.
Winning a Mass Effect 360 console will mean only one thing to me: more time playing video games! Woohoo!
Dearest Engadget editors:

I love the writing at Engadget, but surely you know the use of the word "stamped" is a misnomer.

DVD burners quite literally burn 1s and 0s with a laser into a thin layer of film. Only manufacturing facilities stamp a DVD.

A better way might be to say, "The SATA drive can singe 38,502,400,000,000 bits (that's 4.7 GB for you kids at home) in under five minutes."

I know I'm being pedantic, but surely your journalists have at least a fundamental knowledge about how this industry actually works ... right?

Sincerely,
Michael
I enjoyed looking at all the new TVs, especially the ones that will be in my price-range this summer. One of the Sony 40s is looking good for me.

Enter me and I'll win!
Since I've never owned an XBox, nor played Halo for more than 15 minutes at a time, I would like to win.
woohoo!
For crying out loud, it's time for me to win.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
