Yes! I need a new tv!
This is actually really bad for a couple of reasons.

1) Yahoo has been good developing Open Source tech. Microsoft? Not so much. There isn't a standard that they don't like. Ask any web developer what they think of IE6 or IE7. They are the bain of their existence. Yahoo curently uses FreeBSD for their servers, you think that will last for long? Anyone have experience developing for Windows servers? My experience has been horrible.

2) Until recently, Live! products have not supported Firefox (for Live Mail and such). Microsoft takes EVERY opportunity to force people to their products.

I really don't use Yahoo, but I fear for people that do. Microsoft has never inspired confidence after they take over a company.

Hotmail was the best thing out there before Microsoft got ahold of it....it became horrible there for a while and everyone I knew was jumping ship. I hope the same thing doesn't happen for great sites like Flickr.
Hook me up
Yeah! hook me up.

"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
