Dave,

for whatever reason, Buick is consider a "luxury - brand" in China. That maybe why its built there.

I still wouldnt buy it.
yeah, now we will have more Nigerians running scams on the net
you should have posted a picture.
you got to be kidding! Time Mag is crap anyway. The only thing about the iphone is the software/interface, thats it. Touch screen phone is nothing new. Palm came out with that concept first.
Brad,

You are right, but they are basically all the same cars/SUV that is rebadged under a different name. true that the Japaneses also do the same with their Acura/Infiniti/Lexus divisons, but noticed the difference - they are all 'Luxury" cars.

Thats what Chrysler/Dodge needs to do. You are selling the same SUV across 3 lines Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep. That's too much resource wasted on just one car. Why not put the same engineers to good use instead of making subtle changes for each different line, use them to design future models so that each car can get a redesign every 4 yrs instead of like the PT cruiser which is older than dirt. Irregardless if its a 'retro' car or not.
Alfamike,

1. would you buy a compact car made in China? NOT!! nor will US consumers

2. unfortunately, that is what they need to do, where does Chrysler fit - is it a luxury brand? middle of the road? they make cars that compete with their own dodge brand - what is the purpose of that????

3. unfortunately, Toyota has gone the way of GM - noticed the recent drop in quality, I have a US built 2005 Sienna XLE made here in my home town, and its got problems.

4. my point about Jeep was why produce SUV's in both Dodge and Jeep brands, use their resources wisely and probably better market the Jeep brand as "Dodge's SUV". You have Jeep SUVs competing against Dodge SUVs/Crossovers.

5. That's the problem, according to you if they still run the company the way they are doing it now,, they will do fine. Unfortunately I'm not sure where you live but Dodge/Jeep DO NOT sell very well.

yup, that would solve all their labor problems
This is what bobby boy needs to do:

1. Establish Dodge - entry level, everyday vehicles
2. Get rid of Chrysler name and establish a new 'Luxury Division' to compete head on with the Lexus and Acuras (They are just rebadged Toyotas and Hondas with better quality materials, components, etc.)
3. Keep the lines simple like Honda and dont follow the lead of Toyota which nows has 3 different lines (Toyota, Scion, Lexus) - it takes up too many resources. Granted now even Honda is getting into too many segments - now sure why a CRV and the Element ? what is the purpose of that)
3a. Dodge line - entry compact (fuel efficient, etc)
3b. Dodge line - midsize similar to the Accord and Camry
3c. Trucks
3d. If bob insists on keeping the Jeep name - sell those with the Dodge lines so that they continue to have SUV's without wasting resources in designing a completely different line under the Dodge name.
3e. Dodge line - can can't forget the minivan
4. the Chrysler name is tainted. Come up with a new name for the Luxury division - Keep the line again simple - 2 sedans, ? luxury coupe, 2 SUV's. That's it.

LOL, poor baby!!! Cry me a river
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
