Oh yeah, and NYC to Florida sounds great!
I could use a good vacation, and always look to fly Blue anyway! Thanks!
Great site, would love to win this bad boy!
If you were Medison, a small "Swedish" startup seemingly operating out of Brittan, what would you do to stem this swarm of skepticism? How about running some PR, posting testimonials, and sending some product out to bloggers asking bloggers to give the units away to readers after they themselves have finished reviewing the product - with a clear note delineating transparency expectations? How would you respond differently under these circumstances?
What would you do if you were Medison? Forget if this offer is real, how would you have done something different? Feel free to comment here and over at my blog at jburg.typepad.com/future
This really isn't as bad a move as everyone is making it out to be. Check out Seth Godin's post over at http://sethgodin.typepad.com/seths_blog/2007/07/treating-differ.html . He says "These 1000 people were actually happy to be unhappy. They were unpleasable, and they weren't helping either word of mouth or the ability of the call center folks to do good work." Genius!
I NEED this phone. While this phone is not THE holy grail, it is a landmark device, representing a dynamic shift in consumer perception: the mobile phone is no longer a phone, it is a mobile device. AND oh yeah, it rocks!
This phone looks awesome! Sign me up for one!
This could be an amazing outdoor ad! Imagine walking by an ad a security firm with a tagline - we're always watching out for you - and the eyes follow you! This is only the begining, imagine walking by a car dealership and having a car always racing you (a step ahead of you) as you walk by. It's just too cool!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
