It'd be nice if the light from the fire interacted with the bricks in some way... and if the fire looked like actual fire. Perhaps some interaction for 400 pts? The way it is now, it utterly sucks.

If they offered an HD version of video footage of an actual fireplace with no expiration for 200 points I'd probably get it.
Because of my great experience with HP nw8440 (which I still love), I'd buy another HP laptop in a heartbeat... But still no DVI port? What's with the DB15, HP? That's oldschool. Besides, my Cintiq prefers a DVI port.

well, at least it has HDMI...
Its a schooner.
I especially like what they've done with the corner... The rats nest of wires and the dunce stool really tie the whole setting together.
I use my Gyration wireless mini keyboard with my Wii and it works fine... If that works, any USB keyboard should work. Is this fugly one wireless, USB, or does it plug into the Wii Remote? Anyone know?

@looseinthedeuce - having a keyboard makes YouTubing (most of what I use my Wii for anymore) much more bearable... not just for inputting names.
How about a profile based ranking system, like Netflix:

"The majority of XBLA users vote this game an average score of 2.2, but USERS LIKE YOU gave it 4.5!" Put that datamining to work! The ranking will also let each user know, immediately, that they've already tried a particular game and how they liked it.

Not everyone is going to like the same games. People who abuse the system probably have similar gaming interests to other people who abuse the system, and thus will never try anything because they're all busy following each other and hating everything.
Perhaps you should look up the definition of "fact."

Why, exactly, do you think it looks hideous? Please explain how you might improve upon the design.
XBox 360.

The girlfriend doesn't like the "Military Simulator" games (what she calls Call of Duty), but she loves Grand Theft Auto... Go figure.
WSM?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
