I had an M3L and an X5L when they came out and used them till the first one was stolen and the second one's joystick broke (it is still an external drive). I got an Archos 5 to replace it and boy do I miss the Cowon audio quality. So me :-)
It is a much slicker UI than the X5 had. If they do come out with an S9L with more capacity then screw the Archos 5 I'm currently using. Wireless be damned, the Cowon's sound better.
And oddly enough I commented on wanting to replace my X5L with the Archos 5 a few days ago. Still the Archos has wifi... Maybe I should just wait for the S9L and a four day battery life :-))

What makes me really happy is that there is no hint of the stupid connector dongle they used on the M3 and the X5 and the even stupider joystick on the X5 that broke and wont register a down press (which is really the only reason I need to replace mine). I hope they kept the USB-OTG support.
Well time to replace my aging Cowon X5L
Sigh. At least this is still not a bloody iPod.
and that price tag...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
