Not the greatest controller in the world, I've got to say. I remember the days of button mashing and I never had to half-step it to blaze a trail through Mario. Meh, whatever. it's a clean mod.
Just because nobody has used the OS doesn't mean that it's not well known. The Chrome OS is already big news so of course developers will be making statements about it before the release. Besides, Intel has a much wider base for income so it's no wonder they're unafraid.
And on a side note: this is great PR. Invite competition in a field that is not a major threat to you in the name of system development and you appear forward-thinking and customer oriented.

I saw it in action. As you were typing, it was guessing what you were wanting to say as you were saying it and so it was a series of offered translations until the word was done. It was a bit distracting, actually. But altogether not bad.
I just watched the video... it's over an hour long... and Google Wave is downright secksy... O_O I can't wait to get my hands on a copy of it! And it shows that you can disable character by character posting so you can hide what you're thinking.
