360 is good now, but they must be close to putting out a new version with bluray soon! Its an awkward situation, because I'd like to buy one, but I don't want to have a new chunk of gaming system that is going to be outdated soon.

I think PS3 is a great system for the long term, already has bluray, free live services and when home is finally launched, its going to be amazing. Lots of new games on the horizon.

Its hard to separate the two (unless you're a rabid fan boy) but I think PS3 just edges it for the long term factor and ability to watch bluray movies now! :)
Anyone got a link for those of us not currently in the US of A? :)
Does anyone know if it is available in other languages? I'd like to get one for my Italian cousins, but they don't speak English, so it'd be a bit pointless...

Any ideas?
I'm not your buddy, guy!

Pick me! I'm in the UK at the minute and moving to the USA next week! What a welcome to the country that will be! :)

Nice to see a fellow Geordie boy on a massive American site! ;)
Just wondering what Engadget does with the information it obtains from these Q&A sessions? I've notice an increasing amount of them on the site.

Are they selling our answers as marketing data to companies?
What, no one is going to mention the awful music? Shocking!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
