One could argue that hell isn't very sexy.
In response to number 4, you can hear yourself speak on a regular phone. Cell phones do not provide the vocal feedback. As a result, people tend to yell into cell phones because it seems as if their voice is too quiet, since they do not hear it like they are accustomed to.
Knock knock.
Who's there?
Lettuce.
Lettuce who?
Lettuce in, it's cold outside!

Now imagine me saying that to you. Entertainment.
As a general rule of thumb, don't design products to beat out another one. Answer the competition by looking into the market, not feature-matching a competitor's products. "Apple killers" never work, because they don't tend to elegantly address needs that Apple products miss out on.

I have a hunch no apples will be killed as a result of the production of this product.
Can't we all just get along?
If you plug an Apple keyboard into Ubuntu, then the Apple key is called "Super", so it all balances out to a brand-neutral key in the end.
Slap an Apple logo on it and then maybe you'll be able to justify the $2M.
What if you rip the CD and then destroy the original CD, so there is still only one copy?
Gotta love it how "new forms of entertainment" comes before "enhanced public safety" in their intro video.
Those are strings. Wouldn't it be !== ?

"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
