The K850 was officially announced weeks ago, I have upgraded on Vodafone UK and will be getting my handset on Monday.
If there is a new revision I guess they would add HDMI and do something about the noise/heat as well.
Well if they announce movies to download they'll also need to announce something decent to watch them on, be it a proper video iPod or some kind of streaming device for your TV.
I don't suppose anybody knows if the xbox 360 HD-DVD drive can be used wih a PC?

Personally £200 is way too much for an add-on in the UK, £150 - maybe.
SCART on a Japanese TV?
Looks like a Walkman version of the forthcoming K610i, the specs and size are near identical.
Don't most consoles have one video output which uses different leads, couldn't this just mean the low-end PS3 doesn't include a premium HDMI cable?

The rest of the differences are perhiperals, wouldn't leaving off HDMI mean making two motherboards?
What's the point in telling retailers an item is "at risk" is they don't specifiy what that means? I was a retailer I would want to know if I should cut the price to clear old stock or not.
By definition HDMI supports HDCP, it's an essential part of the spec.
I think this is a european model, it's listed on the Danish Sharp website:

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
