well im out
really was just waiting for a slightly bigger screen around the same price point, regular notebooks are coming out with no moving parts and for this price might as well have a dvd burner in it

may still get after some price drops
cant wait for the sansa express to drop $20 in price for this thing to be worth anything...

then again i like the eeepc dongle version

cheaper and way more uses
i just want a shelf boom box system that has a hard drive that I can swap out (cuz they always put some little ones in) and recognizes mp3s in folders

and it should cost the same as a pc

if a decent shelf system cost $150 with speakers and all, im not gonna pay 700+ dollars cuz you threw a 20 dollar 60gb hard drive in it

companies need to go back to simple
who cares
just ship the 1tb externals already seagate
thank you
why would anyone get anything that not at least a core 2
those type of products are 300+ add your own hard drive another 200-300

so 500-600 bucks
not worth it

but 150 on top of the price of an external hard drive is

at least to me

and this product shows it can be made for less than 150 now they just have to integrate it into external hard drives not this 8gb crap
id glady pay $150 added to any 500GB,750GB,1TB seagate external hard drive
but for 8 I dont think so

it would be nice to be able to plug any external hard drive into any tv

why can't they do this? If they can make the above device so small, why cant they just intergrate into external hardrives
well i guess theres always next year
when the hell is seagate gonna release their 1tb drives (they announce em in june)
im not buyin till they release 5 year warranty and should lower the price to around $300 since wd wont have the only single drives out anymore
id rather have 10 1tb hard drives throw in some netflix / anyhddvd/bluray no need for silly discs
oh no windows only so i guess only 90% of computer owners can use it
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
