am i the only one who has a problem with the framerate?

i'd rather have a smooth framerate than glossiness all over the place.
i bought it. it's fun, but you'll get tired of it pretty fast. i paid the regular price for it back in the day, and i don't think i've played it for more than 4 hours.

it's WAY harder than the actual game, since you can't save mid-mission. also, the missions are usually just areas from the game, filled with a million enemies spawning there. the exception to this is when they throw you in an arena, and you only have 1 weapon, and you have to kill as many guys as you can before you die. those are the most fun missions.

also, there are only 20 or so missions, one quarter of which are "go kill these bosses". totally impossible (but that's why i love the game lol)

IMO, the price is still a bit high. it's worth about $5.
The original Quake. the music for the title screen is just so awesome.

also, super nailgun is the best weapon ever.
Orbital.

we need more smaller maps.
is it just me, or does this guy sound EXACTLY like JF Sebastian?

anybody?
it's all about the SECOND set of dual swords you get. those are definitely the best and most fun weapon(s) ever.
so... if i were to have an xbox 360 with a dvd drive on the fritz,

and i were to magically induce red-ringage in said xbox 360

...i could recieve, in the mail, an xbox 360 with an opus board?

what would potentially become of my launch power brick, were i to carry out this (purely hypothetical) course of actions?
Itagaki is a badass. he does whatever he wants, gropes whoever he wants, and is ugly as fuck. he's probably the coolest video game developer alive. he's the reason for the boob physics in their games. he's the reason for the excessive violence in NG2. if there were to be another ninja gaiden game made, i doubt it would be as good without him. i'm nervous about 2, since i heard it's easier than 1. hopefully what reviewers have said holds true, and it's about the right difficulty. but itagaki was doing what others were too afraid to do- make games difficult and cater to serious gamers, not the casual crowd everyone seems to be targeting nowadays. basically, if the next NG doesn't have a. boobs b. gore c. difficulty i'm not buying it.
AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH

I'm pretty sure i'm the biggest Ninja Gaiden / DOA fanboy ever born, but this video makes me rage.

FOR THE LOVE OF CHRIST INCLUDE THE JAPANESE VOICES ON THE US RETAIL DISK.

aside from that, holy crap i'm efffing excited for this game.
dmc4 GET!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
