UMTS Band VIII is commonly referred to as "900", not "850".

Can't expect too much, especially in terms of accuracy, from blogs.
Hopefully in the special hell where rapists and murderers are.
The only thing Palm can't ape from Apple's ads is the "app for everything" concept. Heh.

This is a bit sad and disgusting to watch, coming from the company that nearly single-handedly created the consumer PDA market.
Oh come on. You know you all built the microwave energy plant specifically for the disaster =D
Class-leading warranties for class-leading failure rates.
The main problem with the iPhone camera is that it is fixed focus. No macroing.
G1. Not sure why the BBs are on there. Bold doesn't have a touchscreen and Storm doesn't have wifi. Unless those weren't requirements so much as optional niceties.
Just because there isn't a never-ending barrage of PR doesn't mean landline technologies aren't improving. A lot of households are being offered or are already using a carrier-bundled voip for their landlines (particularly cable internet providers).
@puhsitch:

"But if a company makes a good product, I ain't gonna boycott them because they refused to carry a particular book in their store." Precisely. One book is just a single drop in the bucket of the troubled history of the iPhone App Store approval process.

I don't consider the iPod, iPhone, or Macbook to be good products or good values. The best I can say is that Apple does a very good job of marketing. On that note, am I the only one who found Apple's "I'm a Mac" ad blasting Vista's marketing budget ironic? Like to the extreme?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
