May 1st 2008 9:33AM Yup, I owned a Blu-ray player... so did my mom and brother. Too bad they are 1.0 or 1.1 and don't play the new blu-rays. Blu-ray is a ripoff to me. It left the early adopters high and dry. It really is pretty weak. So I am now back to purchasing standard DVDs for a $600 player.
My Apple TV on the other hand? Only works better than it did when I bought it. Can transfer my DVDs to it, and can download better HD than my current blu-ray player (thanks to the new ones no longer working).

Mar 18th 2008 11:39AM as soon as the snaking thing hit MK DS, i traded it in. my wife and i loved playing online together, but the snaking of opponents took the fun out of it completely. when 10 blue turtle shells doesn't stop you, obviously it what you are doing wasn't meant to be part of the game.

Jan 8th 2008 5:24PM i've been using crossover for about a month to run Magic Online (yes that dorky card game from the 90's). it is a bit sluggish even with 3GB of RAM. that being said, Magic Online is not a program it was meant to work with (yet).

Dec 23rd 2007 10:52AM I started bidding on a complete R.O.B. set with Gyromite (one of my all time favorite games) that was in pristine condition. Oh how I wanted it. To see his little clawed hands grab spin tops like he did in my childhood... before my younger brother put his batteries in backwards 2 days after purchasing him and frying his innards.
Then the price crept upwards of $150... had to bow out.
