Nov 13th 2009 9:19AM Let's all gloss over the absolutely huge difference in EVDO versus 3G together, shall we?

AT&T adds Verizon's Island of Misfit Toys holiday ads to lawsuit, demands they be yanked off the air {Engadget}

Nov 12th 2009 3:16PM This would work IF the iPhone was on Verizon, but for the casual consumer (you know, the one that asks for the iPhone by name and won't take anything else) another phone on any network just isn't what they are looking for. The iPhone spreads so much by word of mouth. If people really had horrible coverage like these ads claimed, they wouldn't be selling like hotcakes.

Nintendo's Reggie Fils-Aime squashes Wii HD rumors... again {Engadget}

Nov 6th 2009 3:22PM The games don't largely suck to everyone. They probably do to you because you own a 360/PS3 as well. So it makes no sense for you to play Madden or Call of Duty on the Wii when you have the HD glory alternative. For those that ONLY have the Wii - which is a lot of people. They have no issue playing 480p (let's be real 480i) versions of today's games.

Considering so many older people haven't played a game since Pong, the graphics on the Wii are pretty mind-blowing.

Nov 6th 2009 9:25AM You've got to be kidding me. You are imposing your views on me with your entire statement. How can you totally miss that?

@Joseph - ditto!

Nov 6th 2009 9:23AM @mark - check out the chapter on "Satan and Demons" in Wayne Grudem's "Systematic Theology". It presents a case for why an "angel" may have actually appeared to Joseph Smith.

Nov 6th 2009 9:19AM @Stephen - You can say that science doesn't take "faith" all you like, but that won't change the fact that it does. To believe in a theory takes faith - even if it is the smallest possible amount - it still takes faith.

It doesn't require any amount of faith to believe in a 100% fact, but the theory of evolution is still a theory, and constantly evolving - changing countless times over the past 70 years. The Bible has been unchanged for well over a thousand years.

Test The Bible using the historical method instead of the scientific method and I think you will be pretty shocked at how accurate it is.
