i like how you said chill out (in all caps), and then went on a rant.
the "turbo" mode on snes controllers back in the day was used for fighting games and other games were you had to push a button as fast as possible over and over again. there were also controllers that would save a button combination, such as ABABXYXY or something. which would be totally cheap, but hey... i was a little kid. what the hell
oh, and i forgot to say... you DO NOT need jailbreak for either of these... or need to download any special software or anything.. point and click.
The Iphone has had skype capablities for sometime now, with IM+ (s4iphone.com), ive been using it for a while now... this is not a first...
and AIM and other IM messging services have been available for a long time too now with the free use of "Meebo"... im dissapointed in engadget!

"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
