Personally, I agree with the winner, but Sean G's "Stefan Eriksson's Enzo crash" deserves something for it's specialized geek appeal. :)

I'm betting dollars to donuts that the hardware is going to be linked to some sort of data plan (cellular most likely).

Otherwise, I can't really see the profit for Microsoft if the device is going to cost $500.

The funny thing is, NTP asking for 126 mill no matter which way the judge rules.
