Jun 11th 2008 12:58PM Based on nothing more than the price, I have to wonder about the quality of the iPhone's GPS. Don't get me wrong, I am all for it having GPS. We know the iPhone can do many things, but can it really do all of them well. I don't if its the hardware or the software or combination of both that make a good GPS, so I am not really certain that the price is really such a good indicator of quality. However, dedicated GPS's sell for $200 and up, and I can't help making assumptions. If I would need another device for hardcore GPSing I wouldn't want to bother with sub-par GPS on the iPhone.

May 21st 2008 2:43AM Really?! Its probably a little more funny to me (and maybe other people in Oklahoma). Here (in Oklahoma) Boon Pickens is known for one thing, and that is pouring millions of dollars into Oklahoma State University football. I think he has literally paid for their entire stadium and everything else that has to do with football. So i guess i am just surprised that he has found another way to throw away his money. But on the upside i bet he will get a better return from wind power than he ever has from OSU.

Apr 27th 2008 10:57PM Was anyone really expecting them to drop the price? The Wii is already the cheapest "next-gen" console (albeit the least powerful but just as fun). I think $250 is an extremely reasonable price for any system and we should just hope that system to come are priced the same.

Mar 12th 2008 6:00PM It looks more complicated than it should be. I mean, its on a DS and only supports midi, so i doubt people are going to be doing anything too serious with it, mainly just messing around. It should be more like the kaossilator.
