I do 3D engine programming and am considering switching to Macs. Therefore, I need 3D power like that on a Mac... Besides, Macs can run Linux and Windows now as well.

May 2nd 2007 5:07PM The HP DV9000t comes close. I got mine, 2ghz core 2, 1GB ram, GeForce Go 7600, 1.5inches thick, 7.5 pounds, 2.5 hour battery life for $1,100.
