Or he's just plain lazy. It seems in internet speak japs has lost the derogatory value and become standard shorthand. And yeah, they're consolidating their supply.
Actually from what I've read the 3870 X2 behaves like a single card as far as your computer is concerned. So theoretically Quad CrossfireX should be possible with these with the appropriate drivers, giving you 8 graphics cores (and a relatively decent electricity bill too..)
Neuf Telecom (french ISP & phone operator, TV provider and recently MVNO) does a subscription PC deal, it runs a custom distro of Linux IIRC and you pay something like 10€ extra per month for it. Of course its BYO everything else.
Pacific mall rules, but it's a bloody mess! Besides, it's not just pacific, it's all the asian malls in the GTA (I don't know about elsewhere, only ever visit Toronto)
The OST, or Outer Space Treaty, which damn near everyone who matters except the USA *cough*, is an agreement to not place weapons on celestial objects (so Dr. Evil can't put his base on the moon if it's got a nuke in it) and iirc not to place weapons in space at all, but again iirc it says nothing about not sending missiles into space.
All I will say: remember the Raxicalicophalipatorians (excuse any typos, but the Slytheen chose the damnedest home planet)
Scooter, the clients of engadget aren't the readers, they're the ad guys who pay them for placing their adverts on a high-traffic website. Secondly, their PR department said it's a test, they might actually be telling the truth (yes the chances are pretty low, but whatever...). Furthermore, I'm not quite sure that Ryan and the rest are the guys who take direct care of the layout, especially not on a day-to-day basis...
Dude, the iPhone is a touchscreen, a button with a square on it, a bezel, and other junk tossed inside. If for you anything which involves a touchscreen and a bezel of some sort is an iPhone clone... well you need to think half a second about how many options one has when making a stand-alone touchscreen before commenting...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
