The real question is who is getting fired for letting it get on the store in the first place. Apple is quite clear about the fact that there will be no app that can run ARBITRARY CODE.

The C64 only runs code from the developer. Nescaline can run code download from any URL. A clear and obvious violation.

There is absolutely nothing vague or "Draconian" about its removal.
perfect way to respond to being sued for misleading ads, even more misleading ads.

This will pretty much make AT&Ts case.

Their not even bothering to be sneaky about implying that you can't use data outside of 3G areas. Which of course is a bald face lie.
Wow do you realize we are looking at the very real possibility that MS revenues could be passed by Apple's in the next few quarters.
People will forget all about Dell being passed by Acer.
That may be good for MS as the resulting shit storm should finally oust Ballmer aka Monkey Boy. The fact is no one on wall street cares if you making money only if your making more money. If this happen I see MS stock dropping 20% in a day Its all about perception.
Actually Jordan I have seen several instances of windows going to sh!t and wiping out the entire admin account. I however don't know anyone outside of a school/library network that ever uses the guest account so thats not much of an issue for a temporary bug.

Hey Gav and Anthony you know what is really embarrassing? Showing everyone that you have such a big stick up your rear you need to correct peoples grammar on a blog. 4 gods sack it's a blog, jet over Youre self. Its like goin to waL-mart and critekin folks cloths.
Leave him alone RyanR. Windows users may be stupid but its fun to wind them up and watch them whine.
OK Jordan now your going to tell me Computerworld is just a bunch of Apple fanboys and windows developers don't now how to measure time.

Hoards of people do drugs too and seeing how 90% of windows 7's new window managment features are just copied from expose which OS X has had for years. I can't see any real diffence between the OS's there.
Hey Daytripper hate to crash your Illusion but the tests are conclusive Windows 7 DOES NOT boot faster than Vista. They just show you the desktop sooner because they know windows users will fall for that crap.

And Jordan hehehehe Hahahaha....microsoft... secure.... ease of networking .....AhhhHahahAH stop it your killing me AhahahaHh .......
Oh and "easily switch between open windows of the same program? " I guess clicking a button and then clicking the window is to complex for a windows user and just clicking the dock icon and selecting the window is to tough too. User Ignorance is not a design flaw.
1. New OS makes windows users think about upgrading there PC's.

2. A percentage of those decide to upgrade to a Mac instead.

3. Apple's market share PROFITS!!!
so there going to license their bootloader thats built entirely on illegally used open source code. How nice of them.
They should have cancelled all dealer contracts. Lets face it, dealerships of any kind are just old world thinking in a new economic world, let them die, its inevitable.

The real reason these guys are so upset is they found out no one else will pay them thousands of dollars to do an hours worth of paperwork.

If I get downsized congress isn't going to get me my job back. What makes these people think there so special.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I love my little computing companion but I often find myself missing a full sized keyboard. I have been looking at several of these portable and flexible keyboards, but I can't seem to make up my mind about which I should buy. I don't want the keyboard to be overly expensive, but I want it to be good quality. Also, how difficult is it to type on these keyboards? Thanks!"
