Heres what I want.

A cable Modem with an integrated 4 port gigabit router with wireless N and battery backup and integrated vonage.

One little box doing what my four little boxes currently do.

Thanks!
Beautiful.

Maybe when a coffee explodes in your face you'll realise this is not the natural order of things.
"4.16ms"

Nice.
Fantastic,
The u10 is a great device, the only real complaint being the small size 2GB is still paltry but for $200 bucks it's hard to complain.
My PS/2 Was stolen not so long ago, along with a bunch of games.
The good news is that with this price change there will be a corresponding change in price for the used PS/2s

GT4 I'm coming back to you baby!
I fucking hate these mega shit companies with no actual product sucking up and killing off promising products.

I had *just* gotten meedio working only to wake up and read this crap.
All so Yahoo can figure out how their going to make money after their gazillion dollar ipo and no real source of revenue growth.

So now I may have to go to Microsoft (read drmsville) to get my htpc on.

BTW Atrac hasn't been a requirement for MD for some time, you can store as mp3 if you like.
The PSP is doing everything but what its supposed to dol; play games.

I don't want the PSP to calculate pi to the 13th digit or give me directions to burger king, there are other convergence devices that do a much better job of this.

Fix the issues you have instead of adding other things for people to complain about.

Release a UMD burner so people can put a useful amount of media on their machines.
Stop releasing PS/2 ports make it smaller, and a hinged screen cover.
I just ordered an 8125.
I may have to kill you.
"has to be right. Can anybody tell me what the point is to having a "wireless" hard drive that has to be plugged into power?"

Placement.

You can leave stationary and access it anywhere.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
