Anyone see the Shep Fairey ref.? I doubt he'd be impressed... kinda like the Black Flag ref. for Black Friday...
I'll be at the one in Tokyo. Thanks and looking forward.
Good Luck to Orbo... but I think these guys are a bit more realistic in their approach:

Check out the EEMP (Ecosol Energy Management Platform). A quote from the website, "Embed the Ecosol® Energy Management Platform into your application and discover a world where products are self-sustaining." Sounds 'Orbo' like but these guys have 100 patents (they've been working on this for 10yrs).
The Big Lebowski. Watch it. The last line was perfect.
Disagree. Any ref. to the Big Lebowski deserves a wider audience. Period.
2 things.... just bot a new car in Japan and it came with 4 remotes (not kidding!)... one was for the Strada TV in the back seat and I must say that it is an amazing picture for a car TV. I was extremely impressed. One of the remotes was for the tv tuner and I've yet to find the damn thing (they've hidden it well)...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
