Personally I prefer to think of the new plague's anti-alllivingthings component more defensive in nature than offensive.

Let's face facts, Sylvanas is no fool. She knows good and well that at least half of the living beings (read: most Alliance and ALL Scarlet Crusaders) in Azeroth consider the Forsaken to be inhuman monsters that need to be destroyed utterly. No matter what happens, she and her Forsaken are going to be facing attacks from living humans trying to retake Lordaeron or overzealous armies of Scarlet Crusaders trying to eradicate them as just another part of the Scourge.

The plague is designed to kill Scourge AND the living. The Scourge as part of their quest of vengeance, and the living as defense against the inevitable assault against them.
I imagine the answer to the question is something along the lines of:

In a group of 5, probabalistically speaking, the rolls would be relatively evenly spaced.

So in a group of 5 people, you would probabalistically have 5 rolls of:

1: 0-20
2: 21-40
3: 41-60
4: 61-80
5: 81-100.

Therefore, it's reasonable to assume that in a group of 5, MOST of the time 4 of the 5 people will roll below 80, while 1 will roll above 80. So over the course of hundreds of thousands of simulations, the average winning roll will slowly approach 80 or maybe even 81 (and most approach "from above", IE starting in the upper 80s and slowly dropping to 80).

This also perfectly explains the other results! For a 10-man raid, breaking the scale of 1-100 into 10 parts, you'll find that the "winning" range is 90-100, so over the course of several thousand trials the "average winning roll" would slowly approach 90. And again for 25-man, breaking the scale of 1-200 into 25 parts, you'll find that the "winning" range is 96-100, so over the course of thousands the "average winner" will slowly approach 96.
Tried that. The healer always collaspes under the weight of all the krazy AoE damage that happens when you cram the group into the tiny nooks.
What was he DOING?

Probably mashing every button in his repetoire just trying to establish a modicom of aggro on everything.

The first part of that place is really crazy hard to tank.

Especially for me. Bear tank FTL.

/2 WTB Reliable interrupt for bears to pull casters. PST.
I understand where you are coming from, but I think the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. It's still possible to end up with tons of badges and be totally fail at what you do. In earning my "Patient" title I've seen warlocks in almost full T9 doing 1.5k DPS.

My problem is that my warlock has to spend 30 minutes in the queue waiting for a group if I don't have any friends on who can tank or heal.

My druid, who is dual-specced and well geared for both healing AND tanking, gets groups as fast as I can press the "Join the Queue" button.

I think it would be fantastic, as someone who took the time to level a healer/tank to 80, if I could have an account-wide Currency tab, so that I can continue to use my farmed emblems from chainrunning heroics on my healer/tank to help gear out my DPS.

If the price of that is a higher likelyhood of getting geared people who can't play? Bring it on. Ultimately, there's two kinds of players: Those will take advice, and those who don't. The ones who take advice, even if they are inexperienced, with learn quickly. Those who don't will stay noobs no matter how long they play their class.
@snow

Because 90% of stories out there have a climax like that?

God forbid Blizzard decides to do something a little different than every other epic story ever published!
Here's the only "revealing" piece of gear for males I know of:

It's only slightly less "revealing" on female characters because of the default bra permanently painted onto their base skin underneath.
My guess:

It's a priest in shadowform. She zoomed in far enough that the camera was *just* behind her neck. When you do that, your toon becomes semitransparent, which is only enchanced by the shadowform effect.

The result is something that looks very much like a giant shadow. Nicely done, if I may say so.
Ner'zhul is evil. The point of the article is that he didn't used to be, but years of being a prisoner in his own political position, of being abandoned by the spirits and left "alone" on Draenor with the remaining Alliance Expedition closing in, TURNED him evil.

He didn't just create new portals to find worlds to escape to, he wanted to conquer those worlds and regain the power he had in the early parts of the war on the Draenei.

When Kil'Jaeden twisted him into the Lich King, he burned away whatever good remained. When Ner'zhul betrayed the Legion, he didn't do it to save Azeroth. He didn't withdraw all Scourge forces to Northrend and sink into quiet restitution.

He betrayed the Legion because he wanted Azeroth for himself. And once the Legion was out of the way, he continued pressing his attacks against Lordaeron, and continued with his ultimate plot to free himself from the Frozen Throne by corrupting and then merging with Arthas.

Likewise, nothing good remains of Arthas. The both of them are completely evil and completely fused together into the Lich King.

The whole entity of the Lich King needs to die, then an entirely new one needs to take his place, one who will keep the Scourge in Northrend and run it into the ground until it's no longer a threat.
@Rhabella

***SPOILER ALERT***

Listen to the rest of the sound files.

I don't think there's much doubt as to who the new Lich King is going to be.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
