PC MAGAZINE how credible they are? I don't trust them since their review are so bias
Ethanol is not good. Save the rainforest and say no to ethanol.
Stop whining about gas price. Even with the relative high price. It is still lower compare to europe and asian countries.

Also, don't you have other better things to do like save your economy or save the world from global warming.
i don't know about VW whether it is safe but the Geo Metro is horribly built and it is going to be bad no matter what the car hit or get hit by even a light post can do serious damage to the car and the people inside.
Yes, that "BMW stands for "Break My Wallet"" also apply to Mini. I had to replace runflat tires that cost 500 dollars each plus tax and labor. Also, damaged windsreen window is about $1000 plus tax and labor. Note: all price is in CAD not USD.

So the great BMW driving experience is not cheap but very worth it. I love my mini cooper so much that the next car I get I would get another mini or a BMW.
why am I not surprise. lol

Branding is very important. That why the average joe steps into Walmart and buy an item with out shopping around because he is already is given the impression that what he is buying is the cheapest possible without thinking somewhere else he can get that item at a even cheap price.

Just like gasoline brands. You are brainwash to feel that one brand is better than the other. In one region of gas station, the source of the gas could be from the same refinery. The difference could be the label on the pump. So technically even they have different branding but the same rated gas from different gas station could be identical. No performance advantage. If you live in a region where there is more than one gas source then that is the only situation you will get performance difference.
no matter what engine they put in you can expect that it will be an engine purchase from another more well know engine producer or they just reverse engineer a engine from somewhere. Chinese engine R&D is so far behind that no one in china will want to spend money on it and in China profit is more important.
The only reason China wants the olympics is to sell China as a good way to earn money and get rich but the only people who are getting rich is the people in China that was rich before the games. Poor people get poorer and only rich people get rich.

The reason China look so bad is because they are so used to news and information being so restricted and limited in China that they(Chinese government) don't know how to react to and manage real freedom of news and speech. They didn't prepare for so much protest because protest is not allow in China and even in Hong Kong you have submit a request to the government before you can gather in a group of any form.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a 12- or 13-inch ultraportable that can also play modern games at a reasonable level, for less than $1,000. I know the brainiacs out there can help me out. Love the site, thanks!"
