Nov 2nd 2007 9:48AM You guys got know the details before you judge. There are so many slime ball lawyers trying to get kids into contracts, giving them a crappy contracts cause these kids don't know better. Plus she got her recording contract by being on High school musical, which i seriously doubt he helped with. We also don't know what she paid already to the lawyer.
I'm just saying that there are a lot of predatory lawyers especially in hollywood that try to make a buck from these kids by promising the the world to the kid yet giving a pittance, and by the off chance that the girl hits it big they rake in the money.

Oct 17th 2007 11:15AM Well i get the point of the agency about wanting to know that the dog is going to a good family, but i think its a bit nuts to not let there other family just adopt the dog themselves. It seems to me they are just doing it out of spite, because ellen pissed them off by not keeping the dog. Ellen has admitted it was her mistake for not reading the contract well, but what i don't get is why the adoption agency wants to punish the 2 kids, because of an infraction that is none of their doing. I'm sure the kids have bonded with the dog and thats why ellen probably felt bad about it. I dont get why the agency just doesnt send a person to evaluate the families home then if its a fit, allow them to adopt the dog. Its as simple as that.

Sep 18th 2007 11:29AM I would say a downloadable Warhawk is worth the 40 or so dollars. I mean i heard they use dedicated servers with free membership. Sony has to pay for the upkeep of all the servers somehow. I mean a 10 dollar Difference is a couple of months of X box Live. membership. I also don't get the thought that because its only a multiplayer game its somhow worth less, World of Warcraft is only amultiplayer game yet it is worth its price. They main factor is wether the amount of fun you get from it is worth what you pay.

May 21st 2007 10:24PM Another problem, I really fear with Intel is that working and getting contracts in third world countries is all about bribing the right government officials. I'm sorry, OLPC being a non profit company does not have the money to grease down all the corrupt government officials(nor should they) as i'm intel is doing now.
