sorry bro, i have to agree with jeff on this one. i have seen every episode of both shows and would have to say that they are both really starting to fall apart.

in my opinion the silliest thing was the part where they stopped fighting in the elevator. why? does no one remember arnold totally disregarding people on his mission to kill john in the first movie? terminators terminate, they don't stop just because someone gets on an elevator.

i think that if this show continues down this path that it will do to the terminator franchise what episode 1 did to star wars. but i admit that i will watch every episode as it falls off the cliff.
he is a forensic blood spatter analyst who works for the police department, not a police officer. he does not have a badge.
I love it when people write stuff off when they see a teaser.

Don't forget, JJ reinvented Godzilla and I think he did an alright job, so I can't wait to see what he does with this.

I've been a fan my whole life and I got pretty disgusted with what Rick Berman did to Star Trek, JJ can't possibly do any worse than Nemesis.
got mine a little early, played for a couple hours last night and everything worked great.. about to go home for lunch and play it for a bit, i'll post if there is anything f-ed up.

i have an original 60g but i dont have the dualshock
So, is their next film going to be a spoof of all of their other crappy films?
I just want to know if we are going to be in the same boat with Blu-Ray. Seriously, I must have owned five different versions of Terminator 2 over the years, finally the last one has around a million extras, and then I break down and snag the Blu-Ray edition and it is more bare bones than the first DVD! Yeah, it's in HD, but no extra features, no deleted scenes, just two commentaries! WTF!! Are we going to have 8 different versions of the same film on Blu-Ray now?
awesome!
I like the best stunt coordination and the best title design ideas, as well as best comedy..

I really think that it would be unfortunate to drop the sound awards, but for the sake of viewers at home I would think it a necessity. It makes people feel disconnected in a way. Outside of the industry people dont realize what the difference between great and ok sound mixing is..

And ditching the performances I think would be worthwhile. Or maybe only the one that wins performs at the end. Seriously, the biggest drag of the whole event.

And not to extend it by any means, but maybe show the nominated shorts before the actual ceremony? Somehow on another channel? That would get me watching for sure. Nothing make you feel more disconnected than seeing an award go to some movie you haven't seen.

I also agree that they should have a wide release for the features that are nominated when the nominations are announced. Why not? It would only make money, even if the DVD is already out.

if i could only drag my 9 months pregnant wife with me that would be a perfect day out..

"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
