I have seen this billboard in west LA...It only displays the image for about 10 seconds and then changes to an ad.... i pointed it out and said "hacked" ...
this guys has been doing graff in LA for at least 5 years... I think its great that he used those new billboards for art... it made me think... what if there was one of those that only displayed strange art work, and no ads... it would be nice

I have had a MIO gps / windows mobile phone for a few years now. Its great, but the LCD got smashed rendering it useless :(
the replacement lcd screens are not cheap, or easy to find....
maybe its time for a new one... (screw the iphone)

The screen in the first pic is a computer runing ProTools, but you cant realy tell what OS it is on.

"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
