Which one button mouse? If the mighty mouse you can have each side of the rollerball be touch senstive to give you a 'left' and 'right' button. If your talking the very old hocky puck... press the command key + button.

Though it may be time to upgrade your mouse. =)
What? Your not me... He is an imposter! Shoot him and take his PS3.
There has been some "tin-foil hat" discussion on why we don't explore the resources in the U.S. instead of buying foreign oil and the one that strikes me as a plausible scenerio is for the end of easy oil timeframe.

If the U.S. uses the dollar advantage (somewhat lower these days) and it uses other sorces of oil that are shared in the world first, when oil is depleted in the other nations the U.S. will have still have a mostly untapped resource under its control. This places the U.S. in a position of power and control.

If the U.S. were to exhaust its natural supplies now, then when it runs out the U.S. becomes dependent on someone else. So while the balance hasn't shifted yet, it is more stable and cost effective to use other supplies first.

Same battery, but your probably right in that I am not the same demographic for usage as others.

Then again, I am probably more comparable to those who still use walkmans and tape audio.
Actually I still have and use my 1st gen iPod. Works great and the physical wheel is now retro cool. Sorta like a '67 Mustang for iPod fans.
Exactly. With Mario Kart at least I get use the motion controls.
Well the quote seemed to go well. It was that or

"You're beautiful. Let's have sex."

Man, was that Logan a smooth talker or what? I guess I could have gone with...

"I am more than machine. More than man. More than a fusion of the two. Don't you agree? Wait for the winds. Then my birds sing. And the deep grottos whisper my name. Box... Box... Box... "

But it is sorta hard to quote a movie from 1976 and get away with it on the Interwebs.
If it makes you feel any better, most people in the store are also kept in the dark. There are very few who even know they are coming in beforehand and it takes some guess work. Mostly the admins for the genuis bar will get an updated sku set, and shipping will be informed if there is a change in shipping (aka a new pallet of skus).

Everyone else will be kept in the dark so as not to tank sales. The 'Hey you shouldn't buy that as the rumor is we are getting new ones in a couple weeks', and then the rumor doesn't pan out and a sale is lost.

The good news is the return policy will let you return your machine and exchange for the new model and only settle the price difference. If more you pay the extra, if less you get a refund.

Hope that helps.
@kal326

I am sure the ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT would probably play the games just as well, if you want the lower price, but that would be nitpicking the topic.

Also I'll let you know how my grandmother does when she builds her computer to save cash. Though it might be awhile as she still has trouble figuring out email, that and trying to pry her away long enough as she combos the speed/strength while snapping Chinese in her 'nana' suit. She really loves that.
Life clocks are a lie! Carousel is a lie! THERE IS NO RENEWAL!

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new laptop, and I want a 13-incher. I need something with a great keyboard for typing, as this will mostly be used for note taking in class. I am absolutely smitten with the XPS 13, but I'm afraid that with its age Dell is going to give it an update soon. Any advice for someone in my shoes?"
